Today, I received a phone call from a gentleman located in India who claims to work for a company dealing with claims. He inquired about whether I had made any claims within the past 2-3 years. I politely responded by saying no, but he persisted and asked again. After reiterating that I had not made any claims, he apologized, and I ended the call. It was evident that there was a lot of activity occurring in the background, indicating it was a busy call center or something similar. Additionally, the quality of the line was poor.

I'm glad to report that recently when I answered my phone, I had a conversation with someone with a noticeable Indian accent. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to comprehend what he was saying. He mentioned something about obtaining information regarding my accident claim. I responded by asserting that I hadn't been involved in any accidents and promptly informed him that I was ending the call. Surprisingly, he then inquired if I had another person's name whom he could associate with an accident. Annoyed, I reiterated that he shouldn't contact me again, assuming he understood my message. Even though I insisted once more, stating "don't call me again," he still persisted in requesting a third party's name. It's quite audacious of them to run an accident claim call center in this manner.
