Got a call from these muppets again! Honestly, you’d think they’d get the hint after telling them to buzz off and never call me again. I’ve blocked their number and filed a complaint with the ICO. Also, their website for Broadoak Properties Ltd doesn’t even have a working contact page. What a joke!

These telemarketers just keep ringing, even though I’m on the TPS list. I usually don’t pick up, especially when they call at such an ungodly hour. They never bother to leave a voicemail either. Think I’ll just block the number now.

I received a call that was completely silent - not a single word uttered. I ended up just leaving the phone on the table for about three minutes, wondering why on earth someone would call and not say anything. What really gets me worked up is the fear that these cheeky sods can ring up a hefty bill on my phone when no one even speaks. I was in the middle of baking, and it was such a nuisance to have to wash my hands, dash to the phone, and find it was all for nothing. It really disrupted my flow. It’s high time these nuisance callers were put in their place - they’re a proper nuisance!

Watch out! This number rang me like 5 times within just 5 minutes. When I mentioned we don’t deal with cold calls, they suddenly switched, asking to speak to my husband claiming it was from the hospital. Considering we’re dealing with a health emergency right now, it only made things worse. We're on the TPS list - seriously, how are they managing to get past that?

Today, I received a call from this number. The person on the other end requested to talk to the homeowner. When I pressed for his identity, he refused to reveal who he was, instead launching straight into a pitch regarding the age of my boiler and some government programme aimed at replacing outdated systems. I interrupted him, mentioning that I took care of my own boiler and wasn’t interested in what he was selling. Being registered with the TPS, I was immediately suspicious of this call and decided to terminate the conversation.

Sounds like a typical scam call, probably with an accent from somewhere like Bangladesh, Pakistan or India. The person wanted to talk to the property owner, claiming his name was Chris. When I asked what it was about, he mentioned something about energy savings. I asked for a contact number to call back, but he said he didn't have one because he was supposedly from a government agency. That’s when I just said thanks and ended the call, then checked the number with 1471.

Got this call from a complete mute on the line, no idea what they were after. Honestly, I feel a bit bad for them - maybe they desperately need a proper job. The number they showed me looked dodgy too. Normally, foreign calls flash up as INTERNATIONAL, but this one just showed 0072523589. So obviously, the number’s fake. If they’re prepared to fib about who they are, I’m sure they’ll twist the truth about whatever they’re trying to say. These interruptions are neither welcome nor solicited, and I seriously doubt they can even follow through on their promises.
