Total scam... The number they called from was something crazy long like 00644443182438143, way too many digits for this site or even BT call protect to let through. It was an automated voice pretending to be Amazon saying over £1000 had been charged to my card, and telling me to press 1 or 2 to either cancel the charge or talk to an agent. Dodgy as heck!
