I ran into someone using this number while on Tinder, could be on other apps too. They start off building trust, then ask for a video call with the girl. Things get a bit flirty, usually with her showing or taking off stuff. What they do next is nasty - they record it, cut out the girl, and then try to blackmail you with the edited footage. Proper dodgy behaviour.
