Got a dodgy text saying my parcel from Royal Mail couldn’t be delivered since the packaging was damaged and they’d lost the address details. They told me to update my shipping info through a link within 12 hours. The message said something like “Reply Y, then close the text, open the link again or paste it into Safari” to activate it. Sounds like a scam to me, so be cautious if you get one! Royal Mail wouldn’t normally ask for this sort of thing by text.

Just got a message saying there was a problem with a Royal Mail parcel. Thing is, I’m not expecting anything from Royal Mail at all. Definitely looks like a scam to me!
