Back on 1st June 2018, I got a voicemail from them saying something like, “We’ll be cutting your internet off in 24 to 48 hours as your IP has been used from loads of different countries. We need to change your IP and router at no cost. Press 1 to talk to an engineer.” Later that same day, they rang again but didn’t leave anything on the answerphone. I reckon this could be the same number that’s been phoning me a bunch over the last few days but never leaving a message.

The phone just keeps buzzing nonstop, and there’s never a message left when I don't pick up!

Someone’s been calling me from Margaret Street, London, saying they’re from the phone preference service. But I reckon the number might actually be from China. I’ve gotten nearly 10 calls today, most of the time there’s just silence when I answer.
