My dad got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, saying his internet was about to be cut off. They told him to press 2 to speak to an engineer, which he ended up doing. The “engineer” then said there was no internet on his computer, but my dad told them he doesn’t even own a computer. After that, the call just dropped!
