My elderly dad got a call supposedly from BT here in England, where a woman was really aggressive, yelling that he’d be fined £1000 if he didn’t hand over his bank card info. Fortunately, he didn’t fall for it. Since then, he’s had two more calls like this. When he tried hanging up, the line stayed connected. Seriously, don’t pick up if you see this number and never share your bank details!
