This same idiot has rung me up two times in the past few hours, and when I picked up the phone, there was no one there.

Got an automated call saying my IP was hacked or something, been getting this a lot lately. They always want you to press button 1, but I'm not falling for it. Sadly, the police can't really help with these scams. Just ignore it, it’s a total con.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve gotten this automated call a bunch of times warning that my internet’s gonna be disconnected in 24 hours. It’s proper annoying!

Got a voicemail an hour ago warning me my internet’s about to be disconnected. Pretty sure it was some sort of automated scam.

Got a call from some robot voice saying my internet would be disconnected and to hit one to talk to an engineer. Rang my provider afterwards and they told me scammers have been doing this a lot recently.

Got a voicemail saying my internet was hacked and to press one to talk to an engineer. Just ignore it, don’t even try pressing the button. Better off hanging up or blocking the number straight away!

They said my IP got hacked but when I asked them what my IP actually was, they couldn't say a thing! So weird.
