This persistent fellow has been ringing us non-stop, and after enduring multiple calls, I had to firmly decline his offer and request that he refrain from calling again. Quite frankly, we’re fed up with the unsolicited disturbances, particularly since we’re on the ex-directory list!

On Friday, 16th January 2015 at 15:55, then Saturday, 17th January at 00:27, and again today, Monday 19th January at 15:53.
My phone indicates that the caller hails from British Columbia, Canada. Every time I answer, I’m greeted by the same recorded message stating, “No agents are available at the moment.”
Can someone shed some light on this? Am I incurring charges for these calls? Who could they possibly be?

I've had a couple of calls from this number now. Every time I pick up, I'm met with an American-sounding automated message proclaiming, "No agents are free at the moment." Does anyone have a clue about who these bothersome individuals could be?

I was rudely awoken at 4 in the morning by this phone call. I'm quite curious to find out who the caller could be.

At the moment, I find myself laid up in hospital due to a fractured hip and was unable to get to the phone. I was waiting for a return call from my bank. I'm at my wit's end with the incessant calls from this number! It's become quite unbearable, and I'm really longing for a resolution. I've reached out to my phone provider, but they were unable to block the number as it turns out it's coming from Malaysia. On the evening of the 6th of January 2015, at precisely 7:45 PM, I received a rather alarming call from the number mentioned above. The caller informed me that I was third in line for something, but then abruptly hung up, leaving me quite startled. When I attempted to dial 1471 to trace the number, the operator requested my account number and PIN, which left me feeling rather confused. Could anyone shed some light on who these individuals might be? I’m a 73-year-old living alone and struggling with my health at present, and incidents like this can be quite stressful for someone in my situation.
