Got a call today from someone claiming I’d been in a car crash. Thing is, I’m only 14 and have no car, so that was clearly a scam. They just cut me off right after. I’ve reported the number and blocked it now.

This number popped up as a missed call and I reckon it’s connected to some Accident advice line calls. They seem to come from the same place and we get loads of them. Even telling them to buzz off doesn’t seem to work. When I tried ringing back to complain, it just says the number isn’t recognised. Proper annoying.

Got a call from this number but I didn't answer. While shutting my phone, I accidentally called them back for just a second and quickly disconnected. That tiny slip cost me £1.67!! Seriously, don’t call them back!
