Had a ring from this number at 10:40 in the morning on the 1st of February, 2016. I answered the phone, and for a whole ten seconds, there was nothing but silence. Then suddenly, there was a click followed by a robotic "Goodbye." Quite peculiar, really.

There was this long silence on the line, then suddenly an automated voice just goes ‘bye’. No idea who was trying to reach me.

I received a rather alarming call today at around a quarter past four from this number, claiming they were contacting me regarding an issue with my Windows OS. Upon pressing for more details about their so-called information on me, the chap on the other end completely lost his cool, shouting and accusing me of rudeness! He even threatened to hurl such insults my way that I wouldn't be able to show my face again. Charming behaviour, indeed. I pointed out that such a technique isn't the best for attracting customers, then promptly ended the call.

Received a call on the 8th of October at 1:17 PM. All I got was silence after I replied - this is the third occurrence within a fortnight!

I received a rather persistent call on the 8th of October 2015. The caller claimed there was a fault with my Windows operating system and seemed quite adamant about it. When I inquired how they obtained my phone number, they stated it was linked to my Microsoft licence, alleging an issue with my Windows setup. Upon revealing that I'm actually using a LINUX system, they abruptly terminated the call. It's astonishing; I must get around six of these calls each week with the same spiel. Thanks for letting me vent!

I received a call from the number 0942 on the 8th of October back in 2016, claiming that there was something wrong with my computer. The chap on the other end was rather unpleasant when I mentioned that it was inappropriate for him to ring me with such a ridiculous assertion, especially when it wasn't true at all. It really does make my blood boil, as there's a chance that someone who is more susceptible could easily be misled by this sort of nonsense.

I've had this particular number ring me on multiple occasions, with the last call coming through at 7:50 on the 6th of October and yet another at 8:46 on the 2nd of the same month. It’s quite bothersome, especially when it’s so early in the day. On the 6th, I decided to answer as I was waiting for a call from my elderly mother... but alas, no one was on the other end.

I've been quite fed up with the endless sales emails from Phoenix Direct Cartridges and have marked them as spam in my inbox. Now, on the 3rd of October, 2015, at precisely 1:27 PM, I was startled to receive a call that displayed as INTERNATIONAL, but intriguingly, also revealed the number 00596584216. It appears that this company has resorted to using call centres based abroad now. I'm wondering if anyone out there is willing to take this matter further and hold Phoenix accountable for their actions.
