They didn’t say a word, just rang and hung up. Feels like they want you to call back so they can charge you or something. This is the second time today they’ve done it!

A bloke with a foreign accent called, asked if I was over 50 and wanted my postcode, then just hung up. Seems like a scam to me.

Got a weird phone call today - the bloke asked for me by name straight away. When I asked who he was, he said his name and claimed to be calling from Marks and Spencer. I told him I’m not into telemarketing and asked him nicely not to call me again, then he just cut me off mid-sentence. Later, I checked the number with 1471 and it was this ridiculously long number from Brazil, so I reckon it was a scam.
