The message urged me to click on a link to claim a subsidy, saying the deadline was approaching fast! The phone number was from abroad, which raised red flags straight away. Plus, they wrote the expiry date as 2024-10-15, which looked odd. What cracked me up the most was at the end it said ‘the UK Government would like to thank you for your support’!
