5 yearsGot a call from someone named Christine claiming to represent BT Openreach. She said my router was sending suspicious data and offered a “free” checkup - sounded fishy from the start. I mentioned BT isn’t my internet provider, but she insisted it didn’t matter and it was related to BT anyway. When I told her I don’t actually own a computer and maybe they should update their info, she snapped back rudely, “Why are you wasting my f***ing time then?” Seriously?
