Whatever you do, steer clear of pressing 1! I just received a voice message claiming my internet service was about to be terminated, and it turned out to be nothing but a scam!

I got a call from some people saying my internet would be disconnected and that I'd be fined if I didn't sort it out. It felt like a total scam to me. Better to just ignore calls like this and not reply at all.
