Just got a call from this number a short while ago claiming I was owed a refund of £202 per month for being overcharged on my phone and TV bills. They insisted the money would be from BT. When I told them I’m not a BT customer, they kept going on about how BT handles everything. I didn’t hand over any info and the person hung up. Total con, especially since I’m not the one who pays the bills anyway. Watch out, this looks like a classic refund scam.
