This arvo I got a call from +491749999972 in Germany. I thought it might be the seller for something I bought abroad, but as soon as I picked up, the line just went silent. Bit worrying, to be honest.

I saw this number pop up and it said it was calling from Germany. I didn’t pick up cause I thought it might be some kind of spam. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

My phone showed it as possible spam so I just let it ring out. I reckon it might be from someone tracing where your phone has been? I’ve seen other reports of this number linked to places I used to work, even though it’s meant to be unrelated businesses. Could be a weird coincidence or something else. Either way, I looked it up here and blocked the number now.

this morning got two calls from the same number, both times I answered cos I was waiting for an important call, but as soon as I said hello, the line just went silent!
