I played along at first, but then she asked me to note down this ridiculously long code - a mix of letters and numbers, like 33 characters or something. That’s when I decided enough was enough and hung up. Turns out, if I’d entered that code, she could’ve taken control of my PC. Pretty clear scam trying to sneak into your system and grab info.
