9 yearsAs soon as I told them to stop, they phoned me back about four times within just one minute. These lot are what you’d call PC scammers. They try to convince you your computer is broken and then want remote access or cash to "fix" it. They pretend to be Microsoft staff claiming they’re calling from Washington DC in the US, but in reality they’re sat in some dodgy call centre in Mumbai, India.
