Got a text from 40171 claiming I'd bagged 2nd place in some contest in Newsham, which is where I'm from. Thing is, there's no shop nearby, let alone a Tesco. Seems like a total con to me.

Received a message claiming to be from Tesco Ballynahinch 40171 saying I’d won second prize in a draw. Problem is, there’s no Tesco in Ballynahinch and judging by what others have said, they seem to be handing out an awful lot of second prizes. Definitely a scam.

I got two missed calls from a local number that didn’t seem to be real. Then I received a message saying congrats to three Asda customers, listing their first names and postcodes, including mine. It had a link like [#]5jr.red/3YIYJQ to check out. I do use Asda home delivery but can’t trust this message at all, especially since it had some of my personal info. It’s pretty alarming that it came from the 903 27 number.

Loads of people seem to have got a second prize, me included! I knew straight away it was a scam since I’ve never even entered any ASDA competitions. What’s ASDA doing to stop this? They really should put up some signs in their shops to warn folks not to fall for it.

Got a text from 73247 saying something about Asda: the Barnsley store 75113 is apparently searching for Lisa. It also said I won 3rd place in their Christmas prize draw or something, with a link [#Jed7.one/3y5a65]. But I never even entered, plus I don’t shop at Asda at all! Definitely seems dodgy.
