Dodgy call, avoid it! They claim they’re giving you a refund but only in crypto. Then they want you to create a crypto wallet alongside them. Their trick? Saying since the transfer is a large sum of cryptocurrency, you must put in 10% of that amount yourself to your wallet ‘to create a secure connection’ and supposedly dodge any anti-money laundering checks. Total scam, don’t fall for it.

I reckon this number is tied to some sort of scam claiming to be David Levine and connected with Genesis 11 or Global500. Better to not pick up!

Got a weird call earlier, not sure who it was.

Somebody rang saying they were from a finance team and were about to move a balance over to me from some place called Crypt Chain. They asked if they could see my computer screen or something. I told them straight it was a load of rubbish since I don’t even have an account or any login info with that company. They just ended the call after that.
