The caller claimed it was about taking out loft insulation because apparently some work had been done here, which is nonsense as we never had any. Also, I’m puzzled how they even connected our phone number to the address since they never mentioned it - feels like they just guessed. When I tried calling them back, the number wasn’t recognised or just wouldn’t go through.
