9 yearsI’ve come across a number that claims to belong to Apple support in San Diego. When I picked up, two chaps, John and Henry, were on the line, attempting to persuade me to purchase a new firewall protection for a hefty £189. They went on to say it would set you back £260 if you opted to buy it in-store. Then, they asked for access to my computer to provide a key to activate this so-called firewall.
