Nobody actually admitted it was a scam when I answered. I blocked the number, but I reckon they'll find a way round it. I've pretty much given up on BT dealing with these annoying calls. Nowadays, BT won’t even respond properly to questions about nuisance calls. Every time I call, different agents make promises that never happen, and then the next person says the complaints are unwarranted. Tried to push it up the chain and asked for a written response, but they just won’t do it. Really frustrating.

I got a call and no one even said it was a scam. I've blocked the number, but I bet they'll find a way round it. Honestly, I’ve lost all faith in BT's ability to stop these annoying calls. When you ring BT about nuisance calls, they just won’t help anymore. Different people promise to sort it, but nothing ever happens. Then the next person you speak to says the last ones gave you the wrong info. If you try going higher up or ask for a written response, they just refuse. It’s really frustrating!
