2 yearsSomebody rang up pretending they were from our bank, saying there’d been dodgy activity on the card - something like £300 and £1100 taken to accounts we don't even know. They asked us to press 1 to agree or 2 to say no to those payments. I barely said anything, just greeted and told them our business name when I answered.
