5 yearsGot a call saying my Amazon Prime had been auto-renewed for £79.99 and to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. Naturally, pressed one and got put straight through to someone claiming to be from Amazon. The person on the line, an Asian woman calling herself Michelle, was clearly not legit. I cheekily asked her how life was treating her as a fraud calling from the Czech Republic, and she just cut me off.
