I made the mistake of returning their call after it rang once. There was just a recorded message, so I ended it quickly. But somehow that 12-second call ended up costing me nearly two quid! Over the last day, they've rung me 27 times, even twice very late at night. Whenever I block one number, they just switch to another. Seriously, don't fall for it and ring back! Total scam, definitely a number to avoid.

So, I've come across Lisa Murray Degisi before - she’s involved in all sorts of scams, with PayPal being her top pick. If you check her profiles on Instagram or Facebook, you’ll see she’s living it up with fancy cars and a massive house. Not a penny of it comes from an honest job, that’s for sure.

I saw the description and it sounded dodgy. When it rang, I picked up straight away but the person on the other end just hung up. I ended up rejecting the call on my Android with VoLTE enabled.

I recently noticed a peculiar missed call pop up on my phone without so much as a ring to alert me. It seems to originate from Switzerland, and I can't fathom why someone would be calling me from there, especially at such an odd hour. It strikes me as rather dodgy-perhaps it's what they refer to as a Wangiri scam? Quite unsettling!
