I received a call from a firm keen to pitch me some investment opportunities, particularly in the realm of cryptocurrency. I made it clear that I had no interest, yet they seemed relentless in their pursuit. In the end, I had to terminate the conversation myself.

Got a call from +4143839819, total scam and just pure harassment. Ignored the call and reckon anyone else should do the same. Better to report it to the cops than get caught up in any nonsense.

On my voicemail, I've left a message saying, "Look, I get loads of cold calls. If I’m around and your voice sounds alright, I’ll pick up when you start leaving a message." Oddly, they seem to always just hang up straight away. Since doing this, the amount of cold calling I get has dropped loads because they must be removing me from their lists.

They kept ringing me like 3 or 4 times every day, number seems to be from Switzerland or something. Never picked up cuz sounded fishy, maybe some Bitcoin scam? Honestly, best to just ignore and block any unknown callers.

I’ve been getting calls like this too. It all kicked off after I joined some Facebook group about “investments” out of interest. The callers are these super pushy, ridiculously friendly Greek guys speaking broken English, totally persistent and a bit invasive. Watch out, they use loads of different numbers, including 0208 ones. I think the company was called something along the lines of Orion Code? It’s really shady stuff.

Jeg får flere opkald hele tiden og tænkte på, om nogle af jer også har prøvet at investere i bitcoin? Jeg gjorde det engang, og fik en mail fra en person der. Jeg slettede den faktisk, fordi jeg blev nervøs for at det kunne være en fidus. Men efterfølgende har jeg fået opkald fra to forskellige numre, det ene er det her nummer og det andet er 0044 2080891065. Når jeg ikke tager telefonen fra det første, så prøver den anden, så det er ret irriterende.

He got quite nasty when I told him to quit calling, and then kicked me out of the conference call. When I asked if he could stop getting in touch, he said no, and that’s when he started to get all hostile.

I reckon some of those bitcoin sites might just be dodgy and after your info. Probably best to be careful, could be fake places just trying to gather your details.

For the past week or so, I've been getting calls every day from this number showing up as Switzerland on my phone. I’ve just been ignoring them since I’m wary of international calls. Interestingly, around the same time, I began getting loads of spam texts about Bitcoin and investments. Not sure if they’re linked - maybe they’re checking if the number is active before sending more spam? Since I haven’t picked up any of the calls, those bitcoin text messages have started to slow down quite a bit. Bit strange, really.

They rang me once but I didn’t pick up. Then a few other calls came from numbers starting with the same area code, all different 10 digit sequences though. I managed to answer one, but the person on the other end cut off after just a few seconds without saying a word. Pretty weird honestly.
