5 yearsMy phone buzzed and I answered, but there was a noticeable pause which immediately made me suspicious it was a scam. A woman with a foreign accent then spoke, calling me by my name. I cut straight to the point and asked if she was trying to scam me, which clearly caught her off guard. She protested and claimed she was calling on behalf of BT. Really?
