Pretend to represent a skincare brand based in Switzerland, even though it's evident that they're calling from an Italian telephone number. They possess information about your name and proceed to inquire about your skincare routine. Afterward, they offer to send you a supposedly "complimentary" skincare item, which surprisingly costs approximately 20 euros if you inquire further. They assure you that if you're unsatisfied with the product, you can return it within a 5-day window. Their presence is quite persistent, and the phone connection is remarkably poor. In the event you hang up, they will persistently call back. However, we dealt with them firmly and managed to limit their callbacks to just twice... for now.
