I got two calls from this number, it was from Kosovo. I didn’t ring them back, maybe that’s the reason they didn’t call again. I was actually thinking to call them before but got distracted with other stuff. Then, when I checked the number on Google, turns out it’s a scam.

Yesterday, I got a call from abroad and this woman with a thick foreign accent kept telling me I’d won £25,000. I just listened without responding to her questions, then ended the call and blocked the number. Since then, loads of strange numbers have been ringing me, mostly giving just one ring before hanging up. This particular number is one of those. They seem to call at weird times, roughly once every hour during the day and less often but still frequently at night.

Who on earth rings you from Kosovo? I’m not even 100% sure where that place is on the map! Bet it’s one of those classic scams where a few clueless folks end up ringing back. It’s daft, but if you scroll through the comments, you’ll find some proper mugs who actually fall for it. They’ve only got themselves to blame if they get done out of their money.

They called me just that one time - an international number from a place I have no connections with 😡. I wouldn’t pick up and also blocked it straight away since when I looked it up, the number wasn’t even registered. Definitely not worth answering.
