Got a couple of calls yesterday evening around 10.30pm and again at half past midnight, both from Belarus. The first time it rang once only, but I ended up turning my phone off for the night. Even when my phone was off, there was another missed call from the same number +375(29)9762165. I’ve now blocked three different numbers from this Russia-adjacent area. Proper pestering, really annoying!

Got a call earlier and, daft as I was, I called back. Since then, the phone's been buzzing every hour non-stop. They just ring for a split second then cut off, always from nearly the same number but with one digit different each time. I did put my number on an Ebay account not long ago - could that be why? Seems a bit fishy to me.
