Got a text asking for my personal info about some supposed winter fuel grant. It ended with 'Cheers for backing the UK government' - proper funny if you’re from the UK and get the joke. The link was a tinyurl, probably to mask that it wasn’t an official .gov.uk address. When I called back, the line was run by someone in Latvia. Definitely felt dodgy as anything.
