They told me there was a problem with my internet and someone else was apparently using it, so they needed to figure out who. They asked if I understood, I just said yes and ended the call. The number looked like it came from Bulgaria. I wasn’t sure if it was genuine, so I rang BT myself. They told me everything was fine and that they don’t do these kinds of cold calls.
