Someone pretending to be from Amazon rang me up saying I’d supposedly bought an iPhone for £700 and asked if I wanted to cancel it. I told them I don’t even have an Amazon account, but they insisted my name and phone number might’ve been stolen. I then mentioned I don’t have a regular bank account, just a post office one with no direct debit setup. After a fair bit of mumbling from them, they abruptly told me to f*** off. Charming behaviour!
