I asked for a callback from Amazon about my Audible account and they actually called me back, no scam or anything. I didn’t have to share any personal details and they sorted out the issue while I was still on the line. Really helpful and legit customer service!

I’ve called Amazon’s customer support quite a few times now. You need to go through their app and request a callback, which they give straight away. When you pick up, there’s a recorded voice telling you to key in three digits. I messed up the first attempt by being too slow, got better the next time, and by the third try I managed to get through to an actual person. Had to ring a few more times after that and every time it was alright.

I requested a callback from the manufacturer's support through Amazon and got a call straight away from this number. An automated message told me to press 068 to reach a support agent, which I did, but the line dropped right after. It could be legit since I did ask for help, but the service itself was pretty useless.

I got a call from 0035316634843 and some recorded message claimed to be from Amazon. It said there had been suspicious charges on my account, like £1000 charged to my linked card. Definitely a scam, so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I just looked at my phone bill and saw a call listed on Feb 21 that I definitely didn’t make. It says the call lasted 26 minutes and 51 seconds, and it cost me £4.86. Not sure how that got there because I wasn’t on any calls then.

C’est bien un service lié à Amazon. J’avais un problème avec Amazon France : ils ont annulé ma commande en prétendant que j’avais fait quelque chose d’illégal sur mon compte. Quand je leur ai expliqué que c’était eux qui avaient fait une erreur, ils ont juste coupé la communication sans écouter.

They rang me two times but I didn't pick up. I tried reaching out via the Amazon app and contacted their customer service, which is actually located in the Middle East, so I don't get why someone from a Dublin office would be ringing me! Seems dodgy to me as well!

I picked up and there was a quiet moment before they just ended the call. Seemed like it might've been a robot, or maybe someone just seeing if someone was there.
