This number has been ringing me nonstop, claiming they have some documents from me about a claim. Thing is, I never handed any of that in. Not picking up their calls anymore and thinking of blocking them completely.

I paid these folks some cash but now I can't get hold of them at all. How am I supposed to reach out?

I received a call from someone claiming they could assist me in retrieving some funds from my timeshare, but they wanted me to fork out a portion of the money right away. I've decided to block this dodgy character!

Just like a few people have said, I got a call from a bloke with a Scottish accent, gave some dodgy name, said he could help with a mis-sold timeshare claim plus the interest. Said it’d only set me back 340 Euros (about £300), then take 10% once we got the money back. Don’t be fooled by this nonsense. Next thing I know, they hit me up again asking for 2805 Euros for solicitor fees. These scammers just keep milking you, never-ending. Avoid ‘em if you can.

Beware of these timeshare recovery scams! They begin by asking you for under £300 to get your claim started, then suddenly they hit you with 2805 Euros for solicitor fees and stuff. I've looked into it and there’s no actual court case going on. Just ignore them and block these crooks - don’t bother wasting your time or energy.

Got a call from a time-share company, and they got proper annoyed when I started asking questions. They barely let me get a word in before rattling on, then demanded £290 upfront to ‘register’ some claim. Honestly, just tell them they're scammers and that you've already reported them to stop the bother.

I got a call from someone claiming they’re a London solicitor about reclaiming timeshare fees. They also mentioned something about debts or money being passed down to your kids. Bit confusing, to be honest.

Had a ring from some older bloke with a proper posh accent, said he was calling from some litigation company in Gran Canaria, claiming we were due cash from CLA. He was pretty pushy, kept insisting on it. I managed to get him to ring back later while I looked into it, and luckily the reviews here tipped me off. Blocked the number straight away - fingers crossed that’s the dodgy scam sorted before it even got going!

Someone rang me saying they were from a legal firm in Spain and that I was linked to a scam. They claimed they could assist with recovering lost money. The bloke mentioned a name I didn’t know, but since I fell victim to Monster Rewards a while ago, maybe that’s where they got my info. I’ve actually already recovered funds through a credit card chargeback in a collective claim, so I told him it wasn’t relevant to me. Feels like just another dodgy scam trying to trick people - don’t fall for it.

I just got a call from some guy who started shouting and being really rude. When I told him he sounded like a scammer, he denied it straight away. I ended up swearing back and hanging up on him. This number definitely should be looked into.

Got a call from a bloke in Spain who said he was ringing from a law firm. He was going on about some compensation I could claim because of a legal decision against Club Class holidays - apparently they’d broken some rules. I just told him to send any money they reckon I'm owed straight to a charity, as I’m not bothered by it at all.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Spain. Said she could help us reclaim money from a timeshare deal. Asked for £239 plus VAT up front to file the claim. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Some bloke with a fancy accent called me, saying he could help recover cash we lost ages ago to a timeshare rip-off. When I asked for more info about his business, he got pretty belligerent. The more questions I threw his way, the more irritable he became. In the end, I just hung up on him.

Just got a call from a woman saying she’s with a legal company and wants to help us file a claim in Spain’s courts about some fraud involving Club Class. She said they’ll recover our money plus interest but first, we’ve got to pay £290 to get the claim officially registered. Sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from 0034951122029 earlier today, where the person claimed they could help get back some money lost to a timeshare scam way back like 25 years ago. The caller sounded shady, sticking to some script and asked for £290 straight away to start the process. I wasn’t convinced and turned it down, thinking it was probably a scam.

Got a call from a middle-aged person, sounded alive enough, asking for someone named David. If your name’s David, or really anyone at all, I’d say just ignore it. Don’t give them a single word back or hand over any cash. For those who’ve fallen for timeshare scams before, don’t let it catch you twice - trying to get your money back is just pointless!

Got a random call today, 1st of December, really bad timing tbh. They said it was about some fraud linked to a Mark Rowe and that I might be getting some unexpected cash prize. Sounded dodgy to me, so I said I’d ring back on the 6th December to check it out. Feels like a bit of a scam but I’ll see what happens once I return the call.

Apparently they can recover lost money from timeshare scams, but honestly, it sounds like just another scam itself. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all fake.

Just got home from shopping and my landline was ringing. I picked up and a woman said, "You just rang me while I was on another call." I told her I didn’t ring her and asked who she was. She replied, “It’s Fain from Litigation Services.” I insisted I hadn’t called her and then hung up. A few seconds later, the phone rang again - same woman saying I was being rude for hanging up on her. I told her I was gonna report her, she went “oh oh no,” and then I slammed the phone down.

Got a call from a bloke with a posh English accent saying he was from some "Litigation Services" about fraud stuff linked to ITRA. I asked if he could wait a bit while I googled his firm, but instead of being chill, he got all defensive and started arguing with me. I just ended the call - not dealing with that rubbish today!

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from Malaga, talking all posh like. He said I’d been caught up with a dodgy timeshare company and could get some cash back ‘cause I was a victim or something. I told him I’d already sorted that out years ago, like back in 2008, through my credit card’s section 75. The line went dead pretty quickly after that. Absolutely a scam, don’t fall for it!

A guy with a dodgy posh accent pretending to be all important. It’s the usual timeshare nonsense - no one ever sees a penny back!!! Don’t ever hand over your card info - it’s just another scam, and with these crooks running low on cash, it’s only gonna get worse. Best thing to do? Just hang up straight away on these annoying pests.

I got a call from someone named Amber who said I needed to put 360 euros on my credit card to handle a claim worth 10,000 euros against Club Class Holidays. At first, it sounded pretty legit, but once I thought about it more, I figured it was probably a scam and managed to stop it just in time.

They’ll go to great lengths just to squeeze cash out of you, likely to pay off the fees from trying to get money back you handed over before to some dodgy “timeshare-style” company. I lost more than £2000, and even though I was promised a refund back in 2012, the bank wouldn’t refund a penny. Nowadays, banks are much sharper about these scams compared to me back then, and they remind you that it’s on you to only share your card info with companies you can trust. Consider yourself warned!

Seems like after all the lockdown stuff, the scammers are starting up again. My phone was dead silent for like a year, but now I’m getting calls from weird numbers again. Today, it was a Spanish number I didn’t recognise at all. I didn’t answer and just blocked it straight away - no way they’re calling for a good reason. If you get a call from this number, I’d say just don’t pick up, best to steer clear.
