I got a call from this really rude person speaking with an Indian accent. Honestly, just hanging up straight away is the best move. Definitely tell any family or friends who might be more vulnerable to not talk to them either. It’s just not worth getting involved.

My landline got a few calls from this number, but I never answered and they never bothered to leave a message.

i got a call saying my landline and internet were about to be disconnected. i didn’t even get to the part where they asked for payment because i told them i’d contact bt myself. the bloke said his name was kevin williams and claimed he was from open reach.

Had a call from some dodgy people pretending to be from Openreach, sounded like a right scam. Be careful, they’re definitely not legit!
