9 yearsGot a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming he was from the "technical division of British Telecommunications." He warned me my internet would be disconnected soon. I asked for ID and told him I’d call BT myself to verify. He didn’t seem bothered and said he’d cut off my broadband anyway! I’ve since spoken to BT, who confirmed it’s a known scam but weren’t interested in the number to look into it. These scammers need to be dealt with properly.
