7 yearsI was struggling to set up McAfee on my grandson's laptop and kept getting an error message. Then, a guy called me from this number claiming to be John Paul from McAfee. At first, I thought it was genuine help. After about five minutes of him "assisting" me, the call dropped, but he rang back straight away from 08000418432. My phone flagged it as a possible scam. If you look up that number on this site, you’ll see why. To cut it short, he ended up trying to pitch me a firewall.
