Thing is, I’ve never even had Amazon Prime! So I just hung up. I then contacted Amazon support myself, and they told me there wasn’t a problem with my account at all. Today she rang again with the exact same story and tried to convince me to log into my laptop. I refused, knowing they probably wanted me to install something to get access.
