Got a call that seemed to be from France, but it was just some scammer. Honestly, go find a real job instead of wasting everyone's time!

I got a call pretty early this morning from someone saying my computer was having issues, and that they were from Microsoft. I told them it was obviously a con and just ended the call.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but no voicemail was left. It was one of those blocked numbers too.

Total rip off!

I received a rather suspicious call today from someone claiming to verify two substantial transactions on my card. The odd thing is, I haven’t made any such payments. To make matters worse, they addressed me with a nickname instead of my actual name, which struck me as quite unprofessional. Once they prompted me to confirm my card details, I promptly hung up. The number came up as 0033###. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I just received a call on number 0033 ### ### aimed at my mother, claiming it was about a refund for some kitchen gadgets. When I expressed my doubts and suggested they were pulling a fast one, she abruptly hung up. Quite the cheek, really!

Received a couple of calls claiming to be from BT’s phone blocking team.

Interestingly, I had been browsing Etsy the day prior but didn’t make any purchases, so I'm uncertain if that’s connected to it. After reviewing my statements, I found that no funds had been deducted from my account.

One of them was linked to Amazon, while the other name escapes me at the moment. The number on my caller ID was ###, and they then provided me with two alternative numbers to call back. It's got all the hallmarks of a scam, if you ask me. I've already blocked the number.

Received a call earlier today instructing me to return the call, claiming my passport was being revoked. I had a feeling this was just another scam. The number was 0033###.

These pesky callers seem to have a knack for reaching me on a daily basis, ringing me several times, no less. I've made attempts to reach out to my service provider to have these international calls blocked. Yet, despite those efforts, they keep getting through from various numbers beginning with 0033. It's rather suspicious, and I can't help but think that O2 may have ended up selling my number off to some marketing bunch.

I receive calls from this number (###) daily, and every time I answer, there's nothing but dead air. It's akin to the childish antics of someone pressing a doorbell and then scuttling off. If that were to occur in person, I have no doubt the authorities would take action and a penalty would be imposed. Yet, when it comes to these silent nuisances on the phone, it appears I’m just meant to put up with it, as the police seem far too busy to investigate such matters. Cheers!

They didn’t specify which bank, mind you, but they mentioned two suspicious transactions on my card. They urged me to press 1 to chat with a representative or…well, I didn’t stick around to find out as I hung up! Quite dodgy, if you ask me.

The message stated there were two dodgy transactions on my account, one of which was supposedly from Amazon for a specific amount. They urged me to either press a button or ring a number, but I didn’t stick around to catch what came next. It all felt rather fishy!

Received an automated call regarding a charge of £### related to Amazon for an international transaction. They urged me to press #1 to cancel or #2 for an advisor. I chose not to answer the call, and quite frankly, I’m rather annoyed. Fingers crossed I won’t end up being billed for this! These scammers really should face some serious consequences! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Got a call real early this morning, bit of a shock to wake up to!

I've had a couple of calls in the past few hours from an unidentifiable number, 0033#### to be exact. It’s a ###-digit number that seems impossible to trace.

I've just had an odd experience with my landline, received a call from ### and as soon as I answered, the line went silent. Before this, I had a good three calls purporting to be from Amazon, discussing my so-called Prime membership, which I asserted I didn't possess. I rang Amazon directly, and they assured me it wasn't them. After swearing at them during those calls, they've now resorted to waking me up at the crack of dawn, using various phone numbers. I've deduced that they're operating out of Manchester. I took a break, but now that I'm back, I suspect the calls will likely resume now that they know I’m onto their little game. I'm contemplating whether BT can assist with this nuisance or if I should just let the answering machine deal with it. It does seem that all these pesky calls trace back to that initial bogus Amazon one. Cheers for listening!

My brother nearly fell for a con the other day. These chaps posed as representatives from Sky, claiming they required remote access to his phone in order to deposit a refund of £### into his bank account. Thankfully, he caught on before it was too late, but they're relentless in their attempts. Just a heads up for everyone to remain vigilant!
