Most callers tend to hang up, especially when they realise they won't reveal their identity. While some of these calls might look like they're from the UK, many are actually just dodgy overseas numbers that have been spoofed. If you value your tranquillity, I can't recommend a call blocker highly enough!

Tried calling the home phone, but it was disconnected when I picked up. The line buzzed briefly before cutting out-no message left or anything.
