Got a letter from someone called Lawrence Sipho at SA INCORPORATION INC, claiming my name’s connected to a dead client and offering money if I get in touch. The phone number was on the note, but I just ripped it up straight away. Seemed dodgy to me.

Yep, got the exact same message, looks like it’s from South Africa. Just ignoring it.

Got a letter from South Africa supposedly from a banker claiming they found our details in a deceased client’s old records. Since we have the same last name, they say we are beneficiaries. Sounds dodgy to me, would ignore and just bin it, definitely a scam.
