Lately I've gotten several calls from numbers I don't recognise. When I answer, there's complete silence and then the call just drops. One time, I actually heard some breathing on the other end before they said "hello" and then instantly hung up. It's really strange, and these calls keep coming from various different numbers.

I reckon it was one of those telemarketer calls. As soon as I picked up, the person started going on about some great deals that might catch my eye. I asked for details, but then they said I had to give my name, age, and address first. Nope, not falling for that!

This guy said his name was Steven, and when I told him I'd already had about ten calls from him this past hour and wanted them to stop, he threatened to scam me if I didn't listen to him. I just laughed it off and ended the call. He's clearly trying to freak me out, but I doubt he'll actually do anything.
