I got a dodgy call after leaving my number on what I thought was the official British Gas help page on Twitter. Turned out the site was a very convincing fake, just grabbing phone numbers. When they rang back, the caller tried to get me to send money through some transfer website as a sort of "compensation". Felt fishy straight away, so I ended the call.
