I got in touch with Vodafone and they told me it's a scam going around, best not to pick up as they find out your number is live and will keep ringing you. They're trying to get you to call them back which ends up costing you. Vodafone have blocked premium rate calls on my line now which should help, and they advised me to just block the number altogether.

Picked up a call that cut off almost instantly, like within 3 seconds. Seems like it’s a scam from Somalia but somehow it was first noticed in Sweden. They want you to ring them back, but it’s a pricey number and while waiting you get stuck listening to music. Best to steer clear and definitely don’t return the call.
