Got a call from a Somalian number, but they just hung up straight away. So frustrating! Blocked it immediately.

Twice now this number has called me, they only let it ring one time before cutting off. I stupidly tried calling back and it didn’t even ring on my end, but it still used up my credit. Seriously, don’t bother calling it back!

Today was the fourth time I got a call from a Somali number. It rings twice then cuts off, nothing really happens. Seen others mention that if you ring back (which I wouldn’t recommend), it takes you to another number, probably some kind of premium rate scam. Looks like Vodafone customers are the target here, and apparently Vodafone will block these calls if you tell them, by turning off the premium calling option. I’d say mark this as risky, could end up costing you a bit of cash if you’re not careful.

I’ve got no idea who’s calling from Somalia. I don’t know anyone from there at all. I won’t be answering or calling back, and now I’ve blocked the number too.
