Not sure about this number, but can someone help? I keep getting calls from 01405527551. It’s my local code but the calls are just a recorded message. You can hear loads of voices faintly in the background when it cuts off. Any advice would be appreciated, cheers!

I've been getting calls from the same number over and over. If you're using an iPhone and want to block it, here’s what to do. When it’s a number that isn’t saved in your contacts, open the Phone app and go to Recents. Find the number you want to block and tap the little blue "i" in a circle next to it. Then scroll right down to the bottom and tap "Block This Caller." You'll see a note saying you won’t get calls, texts, or FaceTime from blocked numbers, with the choices Block Contact or Cancel. Just tap Block Contact, and that number won’t bother you anymore. Hope this helps! :)

Put them straight on the block. No idea the exact method, but this seems to be some big scam where they ring from a dodgy overseas number (for me, the country changes all the time, so I doubt the call is actually from places like Somalia) and you end up getting charged just for picking up. When you answer, there's nothing but dead silence.
